Meet Taryn Kirk

Taryn is a licensed resident in Virginia working toward LPC licensure and is a Qualified Mental Health Professional in the state.

She holds bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Virginia, a Master's in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University, and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of William & Mary, with over a decade of experience as a victim advocate providing crisis stabilization and support to trauma survivors.

Taryn has extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use, and psychotic disorders, using evidence-based techniques like CBT and DBT within a warm, nonjudgmental environment, tailoring her approach to each client's unique needs and goals.
