Jessica is a warm, empathic psychotherapist who works with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating life's transitions. She believes that the greatest tool in therapy is the therapeutic relationship itself; she utilizes this to help clients better understand their own patterns, and ultimately make more informed decisions in their lives.
Jessica is passionate about supporting young people who are eager in their journey toward emotional attunement and self-discovery. She has helped clients navigate career stuckness, changing friendship dynamics, sexual identity, family planning, and issues related to the perinatal chapter. She loves working with first-time therapy-flyers, and teaches them how to use therapy to its fullest potential.
Jessica graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with dual master's degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Professional Counseling. She draws upon experiential psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered therapies, to tailor her approach to each client's unique and individual needs.
